Key job responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a content strategy that supports organizational objectives
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels (e.g., websites, newsletters)
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and validate content
• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and training manuals
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging learning experiences
Basic qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), or experience as a trainer and ability to manage a classroom of learners
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Ruby or Perl
- Experience working with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), & instructional design models.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or a similar field- Knowledge of a front-end language (Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc.)
- Experience in visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides
- Knowledge of Adobe design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques
- Knowledge of and proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and InDesign
