Key job responsibilities
• Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans and meet business objectives for launches, closures, and retrofits of WWOps sites
• Engage directly with HR and Operational leaders to understand business goals
• Drive improvements in employees’ engagement through site lifecycle events
• Foster the development and growth of lifecycle events
• Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
•50% of travel required
About the team
The mission of the Global PXT Site Lifecycle & Business Continuity team is to provide a consistent associate experience, by auditing and supporting business continuity practices at each stage of the site lifecycle, and providing a feedback loop to continuously improve and incorporate better practices.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Program Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, Computer Science, Finance, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research or a related field- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
