As an individual contributor, you own the strategic definition and lifecycle management of these launch and emergency response programs. You break ambiguous challenges into program plans that account for real field constraints, define what "done" looks like, and design the systems, processes, and tools, with measurement built in, that the field organization adopts and sustains on its own. You partner with legal, regulatory affairs, operations, technology, design and construction, due diligence, and procurement to keep programs aligned with the operating model, and you contribute to internal operations planning while owning goals within the NA launch and emergency response program portfolio.
You identify and influence cross-functional investments that solve long-term launch readiness and emergency response requirements, negotiating resources, priorities, and timelines across organizations. You build business cases with quantified risk and return, present them to director and vice-president audiences, and represent EAP in cross-functional planning forums so that launch and emergency response requirements are built into business decisions. You own the program governance, business reviews, escalation paths, and metric dashboards that surface risk and drive accountability in real time, and you stand in for the senior manager independently in business reviews and cross-functional forums with full ownership.
This role requires independent judgment, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and the ability to find a path forward where solutions are not predefined, driving cross-functional alignment without pushing decisions upward. You communicate technical compliance requirements clearly to executive, operational, and legal audiences, and you use data and business intelligence to look around corners, spotting and mitigating risk before it surfaces. If you are motivated by solving complex regulatory problems at scale and building the compliance infrastructure to match, this role is for you.

- Build the metrics and review system that holds the program accountable, covering KPIs, business reviews, escalation paths, and dashboards that give leaders real-time visibility into performance, milestones, and regulatory standing.
- Report program status, risks, and escalations clearly to director and vice-president audiences across operations, legal, finance, and technology, and stand in for the senior manager in business reviews and cross-functional forums.
