As a team player you have an opportunity to work with some of the best Supply Chain professionals, Science and Tech teams, Operations Managers, Finance partners, and business leaders across the organization to design optimal transportation network solutions, balancing conflicting objectives to achieve the best customer experience in the most cost-efficient way. This role requires working with cross-functional teams to jointly define requirements, develop network flow and topology solutions, and lead the planning process across every cycle (SPS, OP1/OP2, QxG, 3YF). It also involves driving the mechanisms and automation agenda — in partnership with our science team — to scale planning beyond manual effort and translate demand and topline growth into a defensible network plan.
This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and opportunities, and the premises and demand disaggregation behind the plan. Cross-team coordination, planning process leadership, and executive interaction skills are essential. It also requires strong stakeholder management, advanced critical thinking, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be adept at diving deep across multiple information sources and working closely with operations, finance, science, and expansion teams to rapidly iterate and deliver solutions, and at driving long-term strategic initiatives and best-practice adoption.
