Key job responsibilities
Drive business growth within defined Business Units of a top German enterprise customer — acting as an entrepreneurial BU owner within a cross-functional account team, building trust internally and externally.
Navigate complex, multi-layered customer organizations and align diverse stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Build and maintain CXO-level relationships as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Define and execute short- and long-term customer outreach strategies, working backwards from the customer.
Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services, connecting technology to measurable business outcomes.
Accelerate adoption of strategic AWS services with deep Cloud and AI/Agentic expertise.
Engage customers with a consultancy-driven approach — diagnose business challenges before proposing solutions.
Apply foundational knowledge of public-sector procurement and compliance requirements.
Command executive presence — confidently lead meetings and customer engagements.
Leverage the partner ecosystem to extend reach and drive AWS adoption.
Monitor IT/Cloud market dynamics to inform account strategy.
Own the multi-year customer growth trajectory, building sustainable pipelines and strategic partnerships.
Ensure highest customer satisfaction as the primary customer advocate within AWS.
