Key job responsibilities
- Operations–Business Integration — Serve as the primary liaison between FC Operations and FBA Business teams (Program, Sales, S&OP), ensuring operational realities inform business decisions and business priorities translate into actionable operational plans. This requires the ability to navigate both environments seamlessly — translating FC floor-level constraints into business-language trade-offs, and business priorities into executable operational plans.
- Process Improvement & Optimization — Map existing Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management workflows; identify gaps, pain points, and efficiency opportunities; design and implement cross-team process improvements with measurable impact.
- AI-Driven Process Innovation — Identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation tools to accelerate process improvements, enhance decision-making, and unlock operational efficiencies. Proactively explore use cases where AI can reduce manual effort, improve forecasting accuracy, or surface insights from large-scale operational data, and champion adoption across the team and stakeholders.
- Metrics Ownership & Performance Management — Build, own, and continuously refine the FBA Ops metrics framework and reporting cadence; monitor key performance indicators, distinguish isolated incidents from structural issues through deep-dive analysis, and drive data-informed corrective actions.
- Impact Quantification & Business Case Development — Size the impact and potential of identified opportunities and pain points, making them tangible through data-backed analysis; develop business cases to support Product Roadmap prioritization for both Latam and Global teams.
- Stakeholder Influence & Product Partnership — Influence Product teams on roadmap prioritization by translating operational insights into compelling product requirements; propose programmatic solutions and initiatives that address root causes rather than symptoms.
- Seller Experience Enhancement — Champion creative solutions that directly improve the Seller Experience, connecting operational improvements to seller-facing outcomes.
- Escalation & Trade-off Management — Anticipate bottlenecks, provide proactive escalation management, and make sound trade-offs balancing business needs against technical and operational constraints.
