Pay & Hours:
- Starting pay (Assistant Instructor, during training): $20/hr
- Instructor pay (after training): $25/hr
- Performance-based advancement up to $40/hr
- Typical hours: 2:30-4:30pm, 2+ afternoons/week based on availability, plus some morning preschool classes
- Instructors travel between schools during the day
- Expect 4-10 hours/week

- Reliable, energetic, patient, and professional
- Must be able to follow lesson plans and bring activities to life in an engaging way
- Must pass a DCF background check and meet the required childcare/school clearance requirements
- Reliable transportation required
