Responsible for handling customer transactions at the branch, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient service in line with bank policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash and non-cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
- Verify customer documents and transaction details.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer transactions.
- Provide information and assistance on Amar Bank products and services.
Requirements
- Preferred education graduates of S1 from all majors.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Teller in the banking industry.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
- Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
