Meet the Moment with Alteryx

We're living through a once-in-a-generation shift in how work gets done. Data, automation, and AI are quickly becoming the center of every business decision - and Alteryx is leading the transformation.

You'll be working on the challenges that sit at the heart of modern business. No matter your role, the work you do will help organizations move faster, see more clearly, and tackle questions that used to feel impossible.

If you're ready to meet the moment with innovation, curiosity, and excellence, there's a place for you here.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Professional to lead ongoing sales enablement and product launch readiness across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role builds selling skills and tailors product launch content for SDRs, Sales, Sales Engineers, and Customer Experience (CX) roles, connecting product capabilities to customer needs and business outcomes.

You will combine product fluency, sales coaching, and learning design to help teams apply clear value outcome messaging. You should be comfortable working with both technical and sales audiences, adapting the depth, language, and learning approach to each role while maintaining accurate, consistent messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM launch enablement: Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to plan launch readiness, tailor approved content by role, deliver enablement, and reinforce learning after launch.
  • Tailor content for each audience: Equip SDRs with prospecting and qualification messaging; Sales with discovery, value positioning, and objection handling; Sales Engineers with product context and messaging that connects technical capabilities to business outcomes; and CX roles with use cases and value narratives that support adoption, renewal, and expansion conversations.
  • Translate product into value: Turn capabilities in AI, automation, analytics, and data workflows into buyer-specific talk tracks, customer stories, discovery guides, and practical playbooks aligned with Value Selling.
  • Strengthen sales skills: Build ongoing enablement for prospecting, discovery, value selling, objection handling, and opportunity progression. Lead workshops, call reviews, and coaching for sales and technical audiences, and equip managers to reinforce skills.
  • Own delivery and improvement: Manage plans, stakeholders, and content accuracy. Use readiness assessments, field feedback, content usage, and relevant business indicators to improve programs and measure impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Five or more years in revenue enablement, sales or technical enablement, sales training, or learning program development in a technology environment.
  • Sales and launch enablement: Experience building ongoing sales enablement programs and delivering product launch content tailored to multiple GTM roles.
  • Technical and sales credibility: Comfort working with Sales Engineers and sales teams. Ability to learn complex product concepts, engage technical subject matter experts, and translate capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes.
  • Coaching and communication: Strong facilitation, sales coaching, and content development skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and experience levels.
  • Execution: Strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and follow-through; familiarity with enablement platforms, learning management systems, and conversation intelligence tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience in SaaS, data and analytics, automation, or AI; familiarity with Value Selling and enablement for SDRs, Sales, Sales Engineers, and CX teams.
