Job Summary

Job Description

• Analyze and gather user requirements to prepare system documentation
• Design user journey, high level solution, data flow ,  activity diagrams , CDN config , eventlog and Key Corelang for myAIS App
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development and QA team
• Review and test API functionality which integrate between myAIS-Loyalty  and legacy systems
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee post-production validation
• participate in product training sessions and technical workshops to enhance product expertise
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product specifications meet customer expectations and project timelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 7 years of combined experience in System Analysis and Software Development
• In-depth understanding of Flutter Application , TMF structure  and Kafka Topic design
• Expertise in user journey, high level solution, data flow ,  activity diagrams ,CDN config , eventlog and Key Corelang for myAIS App creation
• Proficient in preparing comprehensive documentation such as WI for operation, Kafka Topic Specification, and System Flow
• Experienced in using Postman, Swagger, and version control systems (Git)
• Skilled in database design and management, including MySQL, MongoDB, and MSSQL
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills bridging technical and business teams
• Experienced in team leadership and managing sub-projects
• Committed to enhancing system efficiency and continuously learning new technologies
