Who We Are
Acusensus is an organisation founded with a simple but compelling belief, that nobody should die on our roads. We build the technology that detects the Fatal Five dangerous driving behaviours — speeding, mobile phone use, seatbelt non-compliance, fatigue, and drug or alcohol impairment — and supports the enforcement programs that change them. We delivered the world’s first mobile phone detection program in New South Wales and the world’s first automated mobile device and seatbelt program in Queensland. Today we run 18 long-term contracts across 14 jurisdictions on four continents, working with governments, road authorities and police services to help reduce road trauma.
About the role
You help our people build the skills to grow with Acusensus. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent and Projects, you run the learning calendar, onboarding and compliance training, and internal development programs for teams across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. You track participation and outcomes, and you use AI tools to see what is working. Because we operate globally, you will sometimes work early mornings, evenings or weekends, and travel nationally on short notice.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate learning programs from start to finish, from scheduling and facilitator liaison to communications, including leadership and manager capability programs.
- Administer our learning management system (LMS), including course setup, enrolments, completion tracking and reporting.
- Design and improve induction and onboarding programs, including 30, 60 and 90 day learning pathways for key role families in every region.
- Coordinate mandatory and compliance training, and follow up with employees, managers and trainers on completion.
- Use AI tools to analyse training and assessment data, and recommend new AI tools or use cases to the People leadership team.
- Run onboarding and learning feedback surveys, and report on participation and outcomes to shape future programs.
- Manage external training providers, and keep learning records and L&D budget tracking accurate.
