Action Property Management is seeking reliable, hardworking, and service-oriented Stewards to join our Food & Beverage team at a premier, resort-style residential community in Sacramento, CA.
As a Steward, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong attention to detail, and understand that exceptional hospitality happens behind the scenes, too!
What You'll Do

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and food preparation areas.

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment.

Support kitchen and bar staff with setup, breakdown, and daily operations.

Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean, stocked, and organized.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Assist with special events and resident dining experiences.

Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, resorts, or food service preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.

Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically active duties.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must obtain a valid California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire if required for assigned duties.
