Maven Dental Busselton is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead our established six-surgery practice on Adelaide Street. With more than 10 years in the local community, we have a strong patient base and an experienced clinical team providing general, restorative and implant dentistry, along with Invisalign.
We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader who enjoys solving problems, developing teams and driving meaningful improvements. Working closely with our clinicians and Regional Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen practice performance, shape team culture and make a genuine impact.

Job Description
As Practice Manager, you'll lead daily operations, support your team and drive practice performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who can navigate challenges, set clear expectations and turn opportunities for improvement into results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing the practice team.
- Managing daily operations, rostering and appointment scheduling.
- Monitoring KPIs, budgets and practice performance.
- Working with clinicians to support efficient workflows and patient care.
- Managing patient feedback and maintaining compliance.
- Improving processes, team engagement and operational consistency.
- Partnering with your Regional Operations Manager to deliver sustainable improvements.
Qualifications
We're looking for a confident, solutions-focused leader who can bring out the best in their team.
To succeed, you'll bring:
- Previous management experience, ideally within a dental, medical or allied health practice.
- Strong people leadership skills, including the confidence to manage performance, navigate difficult conversations and build team accountability.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs, budgets and operational reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement and leading through change.
Dental experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We're open to experienced leaders from other industries who have transferable management skills and are willing to learn the dental side of the business.
