Xueersi online school, sub company of TAL education group is now looking for native English-speaking teachers to join our team in Beijing China. Job Summary:
As our English Teachers, you are entitled to:
- Competitive salary up to USD 4100
- Maximum 25 teaching hours per week

We are looking for someone who could:
- Work as a full-time Online teacher (40 hrs. per week)
- Relocate to Beijing China
- Efficiently accomplish both training session and preparation work and be able to deliver lessons in professional studios alone
- Conduct fun, interactive, and dynamic classes.
- Accomplishing other teaching related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor
- To learn and practice the use of live class related equipment under trainer’s assistance
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive local salary of RMB 23, 900 CNY- 25, 900 CNY (3, 500 USD to 3, 800 USD) based on qualification
- KPI bonus 2, 000 CNY(300USD) per month (paid quarterly)

Qualifications
- Native speaker of English with a bachelors degree and a 120-hour Teaching Certification
(TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, ELT, or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Passport holder from US, UK and Canada
- Detailed understanding of teaching language and performance
